SOUPER BOWL SUNDAY  Help supply Crosslines food pantry by bringing canned soup or and any canned food to church with you next Sunday.  Place the items in the round container in the narthex or the shopping basket in the entry of the Fellowship Hall.  Thank you.  Let’s make next Sunday a super, souper Sunday!

LADIES NIGHT OUT  It’s back!!!  The men serve and clean up…the ladies sit back, relax and enjoy a wonderful meal.  Entertainment begins at 5:00 pm.  Babysitting, plus a meal will be provided for the kids.  Guys, please bring a dessert to help stock the fabulous “dessert buffet”.  (Ladies, you might have to help with this.)  Please sign up on the sheet in the narthex, so we will know how many to prepare for.  Call Lora W. with any questions.

2010 OFFERING STATEMENTS  Please pick up your 2010 statements.  They are on the table in the narthex.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL  The Lutheran Witness; it’s about your faith, your church, your world.  The new subscription year begins in April.  If you would like to receive or renew a subscription for 2011, please use the sign up sheet in the narthex.  The annual cost is $15.00.  You may put the amount in the offering plate marked Lutheran Witness, or mail a check to the church office.

FLOWER CHART, 2011  If you would like to place flowers at the altar for a special occasion or in memory of someone, please sign the flower chart found in the narthex.  Simply write your name, phone number, and occasion with the pen provided.

ANNUAL RUMMAGE SALE  Go through your closets, attics, garages, storage buildings, etc. and pull items to donate to the Youth Group’s Annual Rummage Sale to be held in February.

PRAYER BEARS are in the sanctuary pews and available to be signed out (notebook in narthex) and given to anyone that needs God’s love, comfort, and peace.

TAPES OF THE SERVICE  Audio tapes of the service are available after the 8:15 am service each Sunday.  They are located in the glassed-door cabinet in the narthex.  Tapes of the previous Sunday are also available.      

ASSISTIVE LISTENING  If you are having a hard time hearing the service, assistive listening devices are available from the ushers.  They work like a transistor radio and you can control the volume.

BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS are available in the narthex after each service.  You will be given a small form that can be carried in your wallet which will include medical information and a log of your blood pressure readings.
